University of Birmingham / SI-UK Nigeria Outstanding Achievement Scholarships

The University of Birmingham is pleased to announce a £ 3,000 scholarship for Nigerian students to apply for a bachelor’s degree at the University starting in September 2018.
This is a joint accolade with our local representatives, SI-UK, and will be awarded to the top performing students starting their program at the University of Birmingham in September 2018.
Value of the award:
The scholarship will cost £ 3,000 on tuition for the first year of just a full-time undergraduate degree at the university from September 2018.
Please note that students who have already enrolled in a program at the University of Birmingham in the UK and are applying for MBChB Medicine and Surgery or BDS Dental Surgery are not eligible for this scholarship.
To be eligible, applicants must:
Have received an offer and have selected the University of Birmingham as their firm choice for a full-time undergraduate program from September 2018. The student must enter the first year of a bachelor program based in Birmingham UK campus.
Fulfill the academic terms of your offer for the program.
As Nigeria domiciled and classified a Nigerian national.
Be recognized by the university as a tuition recipient and be able to pay the tuition fees that are not covered by the scholarship.
Have enough financial resources to cover the full cost of living at the University of Birmingham and any visa / travel expenses associated with studying in the UK.
Start of studies at the University in September 2018 (the scholarship award can not be deferred). Be registered with our local representatives – SI-UK – and have their study application.
Accept an offer from the University of Birmingham and contact SI-UK by May 30, 2018.
How to apply:
In order to apply for the scholarship, students must have accepted an offer from the University of Birmingham, selected the University of Birmingham as their firm choice and register with SI-UK Nigeria by the deadline of May 30, 2018. The award is based on academic Services. No interview is needed. The scholarships will be announced in mid-July.
The scholarship will be awarded at enrollment in September 2018.
