Eiffel Excellence Scholarships
The Eiffel Scholarship Program was developed by the State Department to give French universities the opportunity to attract the best foreign students for Master’s and PhD programs. Eiffel scholarship holders in Master’s programs receive a grant of € 1,181 and doctoral students receive a grant of € 1,400. In addition, the program meets various expenses including return travel, health insurance and cultural activities. Scholarship holders may also be entitled to additional accommodation allowance. Emily Boutmy Scholarships at Sciences Po University
Sciences Po founded the Emile Boutmy Fellowships after the founder of Sciences Po, in order to attract the best international students from outside the European Union who are applying and having already registered at Sciences Po University. The scholarships can take various forms, from € 5,000 to € 10,000 for two years of postgraduate studies or € 3,000 to € 12,300 for a three-year degree.
